The water temperature is always quite high, situated between 70°F and 82°F. You can reach the city easily, whether it is by plane, via Sharm el-Sheikh airport, by bus or by car, either via Cairo or Eilat in Israel. A bus ride from Cairo takes between 6 and 8 hours.
