The warm, sunny, typically Mediterranean climate and almost guaranteed daily sunshine, along with temperatures of approximately 67F in February, rising to 79F in August and September, make Laguna Beach great for vacations at any time of year. Three Arched Bay with its carved cliffside rock pools was created in the 1920’s and is an iconic feature of the shoreline. The water is perfect for swimming, and water sports equipment can be hired locally. Laguna Beach is easy to reach from Pacific Coast Highway (PCH1), which links travelers with Los Angeles and San Francisco and their international airports.
